Seller saying they never received the payment

can someone please help or clarify my concern? I purchased USDT via P2P on Thursday, but up to now, the seller says they haven’t received the payment. I checked my bank transactions and there has been no bounce back of my payment. At the time of the transaction, I was advised it may take 24–72 hours for the payment to be received. Today marks 72 hours, but the seller is still claiming they haven’t received the payment.

Open a dispute immediately in the P2P chat. Do not cancel the order. The platform will hold the USDT until you provide your bank payment proof. Upload a screenshot of the successful transaction from your bank app or statement. The seller's bank might have delays, but that is their problem to resolve, not yours. The escrow system protects you as the buyer.
