I'm looking for an episode of a horror or sci-fi series or movie where a male character reverts to his youth and ends up as a fetus in a glass container. The memory I have is of seeing a screenshot or a sequence of images where this character goes through various stages: adult, teenager, child, and baby, and a fetus in a glass container.

Altered States (1980)
Directed by Ken Russell and written by Paddy Chayefsky, the film follows Dr. Eddie Jessup, a Harvard scientist who uses sensory deprivation tanks and psychoactive drugs from a Mexican tribe to regress his body to its primal evolutionary state. During the climax, his experiments go catastrophically out of control, causing his biological structure to rapidly devolve into an embryonic state (fetus).
