Does an Indian citizen need a transit visa for a layover in Sharjah?

I have a flight from Delhi to Yerevan via Sharjah with a layover of approx 4-5 hrs. Will I be needing a transit visa or can I travel without it?

According to IATA Timatic, the database used by airlines, you can transit without a visa:

TWOV (Transit Without Visa): Passengers with a confirmed onward ticket for a flight to a third country within 24 hours. They must stay in the international transit area of the airport and have documents required for the next destination.
